We received the product Mr. Squiggles and I gave it to my neice and she was so excited. We opened it and to everyone disappointment it didn't work. My sister went to the store (on Christmas Eve) and purchased new batteries. We installed them and Mr. Squiggles still did not work and to date does not work. I would really like to return it and get my money back, but I have no idea what to do. Please advise. Thank you so much!
